Terms of Use
These terms are an agreement between you and KSATALSIN, S.L. (NIF B44954568; company details in our Legal Notice), the maker of Zen Chroma. By installing or playing the game you accept them. If you do not, please do not use the game. Nothing here limits the rights you have as a consumer under the law of your country.
1. Playing the game
We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to play Zen Chroma on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial use. The game, its pictures, sounds, code and names belong to us or our licensors. Pictures you make from your own photos stay yours.
2. Coins, boosters and other game items
- Coins, boosters, hints and similar items are a licence to use them in the game. They have no money value, cannot be exchanged for money and cannot be transferred.
- Items you buy are delivered at once and are used up as you play, so they cannot be returned once delivered, except where the law or the store's rules say otherwise.
- Progress and items are stored on your device. Unless you keep a cloud copy through Game Center or Google Play Games, deleting the game or losing the device deletes them, and we cannot restore them.
3. Chroma Club subscription
- Chroma Club is available weekly, monthly or yearly. The price is shown in the store before you confirm.
- The yearly plan may start with a free trial of 7 days for people who have not subscribed before. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, the first year is charged.
- Payment is taken by the App Store or Google Play when you confirm, or when the trial ends. The subscription renews automatically at the same price for the same period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
- You can manage or cancel it in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep Chroma Club until the paid period ends.
- On the App Store, Chroma Club can be shared with your family through Family Sharing.
- Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their rules.
4. Ads
The game offers video ads you may choose to watch for a reward, such as extra moves. Watching is always optional. Ads are provided by third parties; we are not responsible for what they advertise. See the Privacy Policy for how ads use data.
5. Fair play
Please do not cheat, use bugs to get items, modify or reverse engineer the game, or interfere with its services. We may fix bugs and remove items obtained through them.
6. Changes to the game
We improve the game over time and may change, add or remove levels, features or prices. If a change takes away something you paid for, we will offer a fair solution or a refund where the law requires it. We may update these terms; the date above shows the current version, and if a change matters we will tell you in the game.
7. Warranty and liability
We work hard to make the game reliable, but it is provided as it is and we cannot promise it will always work without errors. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, and our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. This does not affect liability that cannot be limited by law, such as for intent or gross negligence, or your statutory consumer rights.
8. If you downloaded the game from the App Store
These terms are between you and us, not Apple. Apple has no duty to provide maintenance or support for the game and is not responsible for claims relating to it, including product liability, legal compliance or intellectual property claims. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you. Where these terms do not cover a point, Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies.
9. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live and may bring a claim in its courts. You can also contact the consumer protection authority in your country.
